Returns & Refunds

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must come back unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with everything it arrived with. Write to us first — the contact address is in the footer of this site — and tell us the order number and what is wrong. We will answer with the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or we sent the wrong thing. In that case we pay it. Once the parcel reaches us and we have checked it, the refund goes back to the same card you paid with, within 5 business days. The bank may take a few days more to show it. Shipping already paid on the original order is not refunded, unless the return is our fault.
