Shipping Policy

We pack orders within the handling time shown on the product page — usually 1 to 2 business days after the payment goes through. The shipping methods, their prices and their delivery times are shown at checkout, before you pay. Delivery time starts when the parcel leaves us, not when you order. As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier we send you an email with the tracking number. Delivery times given by carriers are estimates, not guarantees; weather, customs and holidays can delay a parcel. If a parcel has not arrived and tracking has not moved for a week, write to us — we will open a case with the carrier and either resend the order or refund it. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer.
