The seller is named in the footer of this site, together with the address and contact. Prices are shown in the currency of the product page and include no customs duties or import taxes. An order is accepted when the payment goes through and you receive the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be out of stock after that, we contact you and refund it in full. Photographs show the actual item. Natural materials vary in shade, size and shape from piece to piece. Ownership and risk pass to the buyer when the carrier hands the parcel over. Returns and shipping are covered by the separate pages linked in the footer. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
